Type III · MN 5 districts 56 routes 100 vans Spring 2026

Built for how dispatch actually runs.

Drivers tap from a tablet in the van and the board updates the second they do. The office sees one screen instead of three, and the morning rush stops feeling quite like one.

Driver companion app · Summer 2026

A tablet app that lives in every van. Drivers will check in, run pre-trip with photos, acknowledge relay notes, and clear routes from the cab, and every tap will land on the office board the second they make it. In active design now, shipping summer 2026.

Live dispatch board

One-tap check-ins, standby relays, and status changes update for every dispatcher and the office TV instantly, with no perceptible lag.

Automated pre-trip

Drivers tap through the 33-item check from the cab, photos and all, and the result lands in compliance and maintenance before the engine's warm. The binder ends up sitting there.

Attendance tracking

Daily, weekly, and monthly attendance per driver, with the no-show patterns and on-time rates that owners actually ask about. A district report takes two clicks, whether it's for payroll, an audit, or DOT.

A tablet in every van, designed before we ship it.

The driver companion app is the next thing we're shipping. Drivers will run pre-trip with photos, check in, acknowledge relay notes, and clear routes from the cab, and every tap will land on the dispatcher's screen the same second. Today the office board already does the heavy lifting; this closes the loop with the van. In active design now.

Run the morning from one screen.

Check-ins, status changes, and standby relays update the moment somebody acts on them, whether that's a driver in a van or a dispatcher at her desk. You stop answering the radio just to write things down; the board already knows.

Plan every shift from one screen.

Routes are grouped by district and color-coded the way dispatchers already think about them. When you reassign a driver, every screen in the office picks it up before the next radio call, so nobody has to remember to tell anyone.

Cover a no-show before the second call lands.

When a driver calls in, eligible standby drivers show up at the top of the list, sorted by the district that needs them most. One click reassigns the route and writes the audit trail, so when somebody asks at 5 PM you can still tell them what you decided at 4:55.

Every pre-trip on the dashboard, audit-ready before the buses roll.

Drivers run the 33-item check on a tablet, photos and all, and the result lands on the compliance view the second they submit. Pass rates, defects by category, and oil-change alerts all live on one screen, so when DOT walks in everything is one click away from the desk.

Every driver, van, and route is one click away.

Slide-out timelines for everyone and everything, with activity, assignments, notes, and history laid out in the order they happened. It's the kind of context that used to live in somebody's head.

A searchable log of every decision the office made today.

Every status change, assignment, note, inspection, and alert flows into one feed, filterable by driver, route, or van. When somebody asks at 5 PM what you decided at 4:55, you can show them exactly when, who, and why. Shipped April 2026.

The numbers your owner asks about every Friday.

Coverage trends, no-show patterns, pre-trip pass rates, and the kind of charts an owner would actually open on a Friday afternoon. We left the rest out on purpose.

The room, the shift change, the audit on Friday.

Designed against the constraints of a real dispatch office, not a generic SaaS dashboard.

Built for the 55-inch screen

Type sized for the back of the room, contrast tuned for OLED. Drops down to a 24-inch dispatcher monitor without a redesign.

AM, Mid, PM shifts

Toggle between shifts without losing your place. Notes and flags carry across so the next dispatcher walks in with the right context.

Spreadsheet export

Every view exports to XLSX in one click — dispatch, fleet, employees. Your old workflows still work; the data just stops living in three tabs.

Demo mode for the office

A pre-populated 5:42 AM scenario for training and sales. Frozen clock, sixty drivers across the check-in tiers, resets when you reload.

“Everything the morning needs is on one screen. We stopped bouncing between a spreadsheet, the radio log, and a stack of browser tabs — it's all just there, and everyone sees the same thing at the same time.”

“The first time it ran a live morning, it clicked. This is the system we'd been trying to duct-tape together out of spreadsheets for years.”
